Description

This workshop is designed to help the attendess decide their own reality. They will learn to shift your internal state in real-time using a fusion of breathwork, mindfulness, somatic release, and cognitive re-patterning. 

The session will begin with a short meditation session to center the self and practice mental focus and mindfulness. The space created in this mindful awareness will help to identify negative thought patterns and feel the emotions tied to them. Next they will be taken through somatic exercises to move the emotion out of the body, and cognitive repatterning exercises to rewire the thought patterns to a healthy alternative. 

The workshop is finalized with grounding techniques for the attendees to integrate what they worked on into the present. Attendees will use the mental focus that was cultivated at the start to manifest a new reality by choosing how they want to feel, and what they want to focus on. 💙✨
